Our website provider, Shopify, has made an important update that could affect your shopping experience with Eleanor Rose. Inventory will no longer be reserved at any point during the shopping OR checkout process (i.e. no more five minute inventory hold). We are currently exploring all options to modify our system so that you can reserve inventory during the checkout process. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work on a solution. In the meantime, please read below for some helpful tips on how to get through the checkout process faster.

- If you do not use PayPal, create a customer profile and save your billing and shipping information so that you do not have to enter it during checkout. You can create a customer profile here: https://www.eleanorrose.com/account/register. Make sure you login to your account BEFORE the collection is released at 7:00 am CT.
- If you already have a customer profile, login to your account BEFORE the collection is released at 7:00 am CT and make sure your billing and shipping information are correct. This will expedite your checkout process.
