Cute but missized

This is adorable but it is not sized correctly. The top around the chest is extremely tight and difficult to get on
My twins just turned five so I ordered a 5-6. They still fit a four and I ordered a size up. It was so hard to get on that they cried. If I were to order one more size up then the straps would be way to long. What a pity because it is absolutely ADORABLE.
