I previously wrote a review out of frustration in trying to track a package that was shipped separately from my main order and in a way that did not allow me to track it. The company responded to my review and sent a replacement item. I received the original package and the replacement item the same day. I do not know how to delete or edit my previous review therefore I’m just using the initial email to write a new review. Clearly this is a company that wants to satisfy customers and backs up their products.
